I just think y'all should make the drive up part a lil more wider . I had a uhaul van it was hard for me to pull up I had to do all type of stuff to get up there . But nun else I had a problem with n also love the storage n the space amount !!!!!!

Had to move in an emergency due to a pest infestation and couldn't make it to the storage unit until almost closing time. Nikki, the property manager, allowed me to move my things in so my car wouldn't have to sit out on the street fully loaded with my personal items until I could make it back 2 days later. Thank you so much! You really helped me out when I was in a rough place.

I went in today very upset about a billing situation I had. When I got there I talked to a lady name Kirsten, who after calming me down explained everything to me. She was very patient eith me and also very mannerable. It was good to know they have people that actually care about their customers.!!!!

Hello! everyone I have had a great experience with this storage company... I had the workers to help me manage my payment so I will be able to keep up...Although my pay schedule does come after due dates. Thanks to Nikki, Melissa, the gentleman that was there on Mon 10/24/16, & Travis... They do work out situation...I will use them everytime I need storage. Try them for $1. M.Alfred

Overall experience with service representative was great. However, because she was the only one working that day, experience took entirely too long-45 minutes to 1 hr. total!

Great location and great privacy being an interior storage facility. Only small issues I ran into were the hours of operation and having a support beam in my locker taking up needed square footage.
